Shipping and Delivery Information

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays). However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 10 working days, please contact us via the contact page.

All purchases are subject to bank authorisation prior to processing. Only authorised purchases will be processed and delivered.

Delivery charges:

Standard Delivery 3-5 days £ 3.95, this is either Royal Mail 2nd class signed for service, there are other faster delivery options available too, please note most of these do require a signature, so if you have a safe place and need your parcel to be left there at your own risk, please let us know in the notes section in the checkout so that we may inform the courier.
